Bean Group acquires leading New England Brokerage Firm, Virtual Homes Real Estate

April 5, 2012 - We are pleased to announce that Bean Group has acquired Virtual Homes Real Estate, a leading brokerage firm headquartered in Amherst, New Hampshire.

Virtual Homes Real Estate is an innovative company that evolved from a merger between former RE/MAX franchises and a leading Internet marketing company. For 20 years Virtual Homes operated as RE/MAX Country Properties in New Hampshire, and for 5 years as RE/MAX Innovations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In mid-2009 the company changed it's name to Virtual Homes Real Estate.

This acquisition brings two complimentary cultures and philosophies together. As part of the acquisition we are welcoming 33 exceptional REALTORS from Virtual Homes to Bean Group. The new office in Amherst, NH, located across from the Amherst Country Club at 55 Ponemah Hill Road is Bean Group's thirteenth office location.
