And an update 3 months later…

"As for our house project, things have moved along very quickly and with very little problems. At this point, we will most likely close out our construction loan by the end of December. We cleared the lot late August and started building right after Labor Day. The only pieces remaining are some interior painting, kitchen countertops, and final electrical and plumbing. We also got approval from the Town of Wakefield to clear some trees at the waters edge and install a beach! Our dreams are coming to life!"

About Alex…

Alex maintains her commitments to the community by participating in a number volunteer programs sponsored by various organizations throughout the area. Outside of the office Alex’s loves include gardening, skiing, tennis and long walks with her beloved dog, Rhett.

Alex brings her years of sales and customer service background in both the Life Insurance and Securities industries to bear in her real estate practice. The first eighteen year of her career was with Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company. She spent several years as Manager of the San Francisco Brokerage Agency where she continually lead company production while building the Western Region as Regional Brokerage Manager. It was while I was with Phoenix Mutual that she was elected the first woman president of the San Francisco Life Underwriters.

Alex then went on to consultant to the Securities Industry by assisting small regional Broker/Dealers in establishing life insurance and annuity divisions of their own. It was during this period that she began to segue into the real estate business through my affiliation with the leader in the development of self-storage facilities throughout the country.

It was through this association that she was able to fulfill a life long dream which was to move to the New England and the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.

I grew up in Southern California. Throughout my education, I consistently carried a 3.8 to 4.0 GPA, remained on the Dean’s List while holding class office. I spent every free moment either on the back of a horse, with my dogs running close behind; or at beaches off La Jolla.
