Andy Stotz
After vacationing in York for 13 years Andy and his family made a decision to be full time residents. It was a decision they did not regret! Moving to York in October of 2000 Andy, his wife and 2 children came to love the Southern Maine area and all there is to do. Andy grew up in a small town of Hudson Massachusetts; the town is not so small anymore so he searched for the small town living. Andy brings with him the old fashioned values of how thing are done and the way people should be treated. After being in the automotive refinish business for over 25 years he decided to make a change of careers to the real estate business. His primary thoughts were “if a real estate agent can make me and my family this happy, I want to do the same for others”. Andy started his career in March 2003 and has been assisting people in selling and buying in Southern Maine ever since. His introduction to real estate was a very simple one and he still does business in this manner “my first showing was just 2 days after I started. A call came in on a $2,400,000 listing one of the owners of the company had listed. No one in the office could make the appointment so they looked at me and said…go out and be you and don’t say anything stupid! After all the sales training I have had in the past this is for me still the best way to do business and always will be”. Andy’s approach to real estate is a refreshing one. Treat people the way you would like to be treated and just be yourself. There is no need for song and dance or any type of sales tactics, people can and will see through it. Real estate is about assisting people to get what they want, not selling them a property. Andy is dedicated to going above and beyond people’s expectations. Just good old fashioned customer service, something that is missing in allot of business these days. If you want someone who will listen, negotiate and act in your behalf, Andy is the right person for you. Andy holds a Broker’s license in the State of Maine. He was with RE/MAX Realty One until 2011 when he joined Bean Group. In 2010 he was awarded the Executive Club Member from RE/MAX International. Memberships:
When Andy is not with clients he can be found hiking, fishing, camping, hunting and yes, he does like to watch hockey and football.
