Annie Brown became a licensed Realtor® in 2004. She earned her Broker license in 2006 and opened Town & Forest Realty, based in Campton. A native New Englander, Annie moved from her home state of Connecticut to New Hampshire in 2000 to follow her dream to live closer to the “mountains and lakes”.

Annie will readily admit that real estate is her passion – having purchased and sold three houses for her family in the last five years. Her approach to working with customers is based on caring – ensuring they find the home of their dreams, the deal is closed seamlessly, and that all facets of the process are clearly communicated. Whether for a friend, acquaintance or first time customer, Annie works meticulously to get quality results -- all while making sure you’re treated with the utmost respect, integrity and top notch customer service.

When she is not in the office, Annie can usually be found either on the lake or skiing Waterville or Loon with her husband, Jeff, and their two boys, Liam (8) and Ryan (3). Annie is involved with local school and community activities. She attended Rollins College and Southern Connecticut State University.
