Bob Hodges
My path to a career in real estate might be considered somewhat unusual. I spent the first part of my working career as a police detective with the Nashua NH Police Department. After years of investigating major cases, I felt it was time to move on, and I retired as a Captain in 1998. After my retirement my wife Karen and I moved to Bradford, New Hampshire where I built a large two story barn and a colonial reproduction home on a 95 acre tract of land. I had always been interested in real estate and I have been involved in a number of real estate investments over the years. The skills that I developed in law enforcement - most notably being a good listener, paying close attention to detail, being an excellent negotiator, and an extremely hard worker - have served me well in my real estate career. I know that buying or selling a home involves some of life's biggest investments, so it is an honor to be there for my clients. I am a very determined and work tirelessly to meet the needs of my clients whether they are sellers or buyers. Although I live in the Dartmouth Sunapee area of New Hampshire and can serve your real estate needs in that area, I also maintain a strong presence in the Nashua area due to my extensive network of contacts. I am usually in Nashua 2-3 days per week and can help you with your real estate needs there as well. Whether you are looking to sell your present home, or are searching for a new home, I am here to help. |
