What about the Real Estate Market in 2008?

Everyone seems worried about prices falling. The media covers it daily. So, let's set the record straight. The average home owner stays in there home for 5-7 years or longer. If you buy a home now while there is a large selection of homes at great prices, the future value of your property should be higher.
