Brian has been practicing real estate full-time in New Hampshire since 2002 and has distinguished himself as one of the top producing Realtors® in the Lakes Region, specializing in luxury homes on Lake Winnipesaukee and the surrounding lakes in central New Hampshire. Being a life long resident of Meredith, Brian has a tremendous knowledge of the region and the real estate market as a whole.

Born in Laconia, New Hampshire, Brian attended Moultonborough Academy in Moultonborough and graduated in 1992. Brian received a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Stetson University in Deland, Florida. Being from a avation family growing up, Brian brokered numerous aircraft sales while attending college and maintains a presence in aviation to this day.

Upon returning to New Hampshire after college, Brian began a boat brokerage career at Silver Sands Marina on Lake Winnipesaukee. Five years in marine brokerage provided a great foundation for client relations and a extensive knowledge of Lake Winnipesaukee and the shorefront towns.

Brian entered real estate full-time in 2002 and joined with his mother Ruth, who was already one of the top producing agents in New Hampshire. Working as a team and marketing cooperatively has provided a level of client satisfaction that has set Brian and Ruth apart from the competition. The Neidhardt team has amassed sales in excess of $35 million over the last two years.
