"Two roads diverged...I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference..."  Robert Frost

Inspired by the NH poet Robert Frost, I have taken the "road less traveled" in real estate by not concentrating on just a few towns, but by covering most of NH and Northern MA. I not only want to know about the less traveled road...I want to know where both roads lead!

My main purpose is to find the right home for my clients, no matter where that may be. My motto is “have Mini (Cooper) will travel”. My philosophy is to work for you on your timetable. If you need a home in thirty days, then I'm there to help make it happen. If you are looking to retire to a quiet lakeshore property in two years and you are in no rush, then no problem and no pressure from me.

My extensive marketing background, transactional experience, and eye for detail makes me the ideal Realtor® to list your property. Not only do I know the local picture, but I know the overall picture and how to draw buyers from everywhere.

Water Property Specialist:

Living nearly all my life in NH and some in MA, I have always lived right on or within walking distance of water. It was natural for me to specialize in Water Properties in real estate. I know the geography of both states and the important role water has played in the development and history of this area. From the early ports and tidal rivers which shaped this part of New England, providing power and the medium for transporting of goods, to the incredible recreational opportunities that followed.

Each year my real estate travels take me to numerous lakes, ponds, and rivers plus stops on the coast and the Great Bay. This reservoir of knowledge that I've accumulated benefits my clients, whether they are looking for a small place to launch their kayak and listen to the loons or need a large private family compound with a deep water dock to park their 28 footer. Let me put my passion and experience to work to help you sell and buy waterfront property. My knowledge of shoreline regulations, boating restrictions, and water related requirements will help you streamline the process and help you make the right real estate decisions. Living on or near water is taking the less traveled road.

A little more about me:

I stay in shape gardening - vegetable & flowers (I'm a NH Certified Master Gardener) and in the winter after hours, I referee high school basketball. I relax by spending time with my family and my cats. I enjoy canoeing, following the Celtics and watching movies. My favorite is "On Golden Pond" (no it isn't, but it was entertaining and made Squam Lake property prices skyrocket.) I also enjoy listening to books and music during my travels.

I'm fortunate to live in such a beautiful part of the country, where I can enjoy the changing seasons and meet so many interesting people.
