A native New Englander, and New Hampshire Seacoast resident for the past 25 years, Carey Rooney has an understanding and appreciation of the area that serves her well as a REALTOR©.  In addition to living on the Seacoast, Carey has strong community connections that benefit her clients from her years as owner/operator of her own business and as business manager of the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce. She has been personally involved in real estate investments for more than 20 years, giving her a unique understanding of the market and the considerations that need to be made to achieve positive results on her clients’ behalf.  Carey’s professionalism, strong organizational skills, drive, marketing experience and sincere commitment to her clients’ goals, make her a highly effective REALTOR©.  She is focused on helping her clients find the perfect property to suit their needs and dreams, and/or the right buyer for her clients who are selling their property. 

Understanding the unique possibilities and hidden potential of a property is something that comes naturally to Carey.  That combined with her knowledge of the Seacoast real estate market, keen business expertise, and excellent communication skills are key components to her success.

Carey attended Southern NH University for business administration and trained in the culinary arts.  She is a licensed REALTOR in the state of New Hampshire, and worked previously for the long established Betty LaBranche Agency.  She maintains professional affiliations with the following organizations: Seacoast Board of Realtors, New Hampshire Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Northern New England Real Estate Network – MLS and the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce.  Carey serves on the board of directors of both the Exeter Area Conservancy and HomeView, Inc., and volunteers on behalf of the Exeter School District and Exeter Theater Company. She makes her home in Exeter, NH along with her husband Tim and daughter Laine.  In her spare time Carey enjoys cooking, running, reading, gardening and hiking.
