Christina is a seacoast native and still calls NH her home.  She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University and spent several years managing the efforts of customer service representatives in several different capacities.  Additionally, Christina has experience in the mortgage business and can assist you in reading those hard to understand financial documents that are a large part of the real estate process!

Christina has been serving investors with purchasing foreclosures and bank owned properties for several years.  Her expertise has grown with each transaction and her clients count on her knowledge to get the best price. 

First time home buyers feel comfortable with her down-to-earth personality and savings approach.  Buying a first home is a process...and Christina's passion is getting people the home of their dreams for the best possible value.

Christina has her pulse on the market and in the fall of 2009, was in the top 10 in sales companywide.  Her expertise includes staging homes for best selling price, marketing appropriately, and listening to the needs and wants of her clients.
