In 1980 I began my career in accounting with American Invesco located in Chicago, Il.  The company was a pioneer on the cutting edge of condominiums, a completely new and exciting frontier, successfully developing the Lake Point Tower Club and Outer Drive East Properties. From this initial exposure, my love of the real estate industry was born.   Relocating to the East Coast, I purchased my first investment property in 1982. Also in 1982 I co-founded a network solutions business with my husband Jim.  In 1984 I returned to real estate full time, and was a Realtor® in Massachusetts.  My husband and I bought and sold many more properties and eventually settled in Seacoast New Hampshire in 1987.

For the past twenty seven years I've served as V.P. Finance for our corporation and engaged in skillful negotiations with bankers. All these years real estate has continued to be a huge part of my life.  I've been involved in every type of market from 22% interest rates to today's challenging credit environment.  I've bought, sold, held, rented, renovated, developed, managed, and optioned real estate. From residential, investment, time-share, and commercial properties, I've gained invaluable experience that I hope to impart to you. The most challenging project was developing a 10,000 s.f. building in Pease Tradeport on time and under budget.

Although, Pease was my most challenging project, my most rewarding has been raising our two sons and daughter.  I know first hand what a wonderful place the Seacoast is to raise a family.  From Room Mom to Girl Scout Leader, from weekly St. John's Prep football dinners, to Little Warrior Treasurer and PTA President, I've enjoyed their youth immensely.  But all good things come to an end.  As the last chick flies off to Brown University this Fall, I am re-entering full time, the field that I love and never really left.
