I wouldn't think of using another Realtor®.

Edmund (or Ed) spent his youth in Chelmsford, MA. After attending a college in NH, Ed's pursuits led him to analytical work in the high tech industry in the 1980's. Throughout the 1990's and to the present day his employment has all been sales related.

Corporate clients, sales quotas and Monday morning sales meetings grew tiresome and increasingly unrewarding. Ed obtained his Realtors® license and found the pursuit to be most enjoyable. His previously acquired skills transitioned very well to real estate giving him a great advantage in the industry.

Ed's real estate career has him very well traveled. Based out of the centrally located town of Bradford, NH, he has easy access to the Concord area, the lower lakes region, Darthmouth/Sunapee region and Manchester area.

Ed's past customers have been scattered throughout NH. I am willing to take my clients wherever the best home and environment is for them. Exposure to multiple real estate markets has rounded his experience and enabled him to offer more to his clients.

Ed works with both buyers and sellers.

He feels that understanding a buyer's expectations, and requirements helps a seller better understand the process of a transaction and why things go they way they do. The same principle applies to understanding the seller's side as well. This knowledge lends to a smooth transaction, meeting the needs of both buyer and seller.

So much is involved in a real estate transaction and it usually involves a major change in my client's lives, and many have children to consider, too. In the end, the best reward for my efforts is the genuine thanks for all of your help, and the knowledge that I have made a difference for those who have done business with me.

Words of thanks

This is my second home purchase with Edmund I wouldn't think of using another realtor®.

We waited too long to put our house on the market and we felt horribly that Edmund didn't have much time to sell it next thing we knew we were driving to Colorado! My husband and I are both in sales and we recognize what a fantastic job he did.

$224,900
3 bed   2 bath   2,300 sqft   1.5 acres
This is the type of property that people seek to leave city life behind or to reward themselves in retirement. Time has stood nearly still here in this olde time NH setting. Location is quaint and very old fashioned... a meeting of country roads, an historic meeting house, old hilltop church and cemetery are nearby. View the quiet pond across the way, paddle the kayak, take a dip or simply stroll by it on the evening walk. Home is exceptional. Quality of renovations and meticulous care are not justified by the price of this New Englander. Modernizing improvements compliment its inherent charm. Fabulous 2 story barn also serves as garage, workshop and heated fitness room which could be an artist studio or gallery. Area has ponds, streams, mountains and 3 major ski areas close by. This home was featured in Metal Architecture Magazine for its quality standing seam metal roof... a needle in the haystack... come give it a look.
