Elizabeth has extensive knowledge of the residential real estate market from Portsmouth to Alton NH, having closed transactions in most Seacoast area communities. Her attention to detail and understanding of her clients' needs are what most define her as a real estate professional. Prior to joining The Bean Group in 2010, Elizabeth began her real estate career in 2005 at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Portsmouth where despite the market conditions; she closed over 4.5 million in residential transactions in 2009. Elizabeth is experienced working with first time homebuyers, military families, moving-up or downsizing clients, and waterfront/boating properties. Above all, Elizabeth is a listener. She hears what her clients are saying and tailors her approach to her clients' concerns. Elizabeth describes her most satisfying feeling as knowing that she has helped a family find a "HOME".

Elizabeth spent a good portion of her youth growing up in Salem, NH. After obtaining her LPN, she moved to Europe to pursue her dream of living in Belgium and becoming fluent in French. She traveled extensively throughout Europe where she met her husband, Lee who was stationed with the US Army at NATO/SHAPE. After living in Belgium for 4 years, Elizabeth and Lee returned to the US and put down roots in Waynesboro, PA where they raised their daughter and son and Elizabeth obtained her A.S. in Nursing at Penn State University. In 1996, Elizabeth felt NH calling her home so she moved the family to Rochester, NH and began working as an RN in the Emergency Department at Exeter Hospital followed by a number of years at Frisbie Hospital in Rochester.

When she is not helping clients with their real estate needs, Elizabeth enjoys boating and fishing the Piscataqua River, home improvement projects, gardening, and traveling to Key West.
