View Emily's Property Listings A native of the Stratton/Bromley area, Emily has not only lived in Vermont all of her life, but has also raised her two children here with her husband. Emily feels fortunate to have her children and 4 grandchildren living within 5 miles of home. Emily and her husband have run a successful care-taking business for the local resort areas since 1969. Emily turned her career interests toward Real Estate in 1996 and started helping her clients find the perfect Vermont home to enjoy year round. Emily has always kept herself busy and has enjoyed being active in the community. A secretary for 13 years with the Little League and Babe Ruth League, she has worked on numerous fund raising projects. As a member of the Londonderry Planning Commission for over 10 years, Emily has knowledge of the many local building projects and planning requirements. While working on the Planning Commission, Emily also served as auditor for the local Union School, which gave her a great deal of insight into how the education costs are calculated and therefore how they affect the cost of property taxes in the area. Emily has always enjoyed being involved in the local community and feels that it has helped her to better service her Real Estate clients. She has been involved in Real Estate, one way or another, for most of her life. Her goal is to help her clients find that perfect home to enjoy in Vermont – she truly wants to make your home dreams come true! |
