In 1996, on a whim, I purchased an abandoned 1836 c. Greek Revival home in Taftsville, a historic hamlet in Woodstock, Vermont.  After a long renovation, I established Four Pillars Bed and Breakfast and enjoyed greeting guests from all over the world for seven years while practicing real estate.
