Greg is a diverse Real Estate agent who is equally at home assisting sellers and buyers with the sale or purchase of any residential and light commercial property including their first home, next home, waterfront retreat, mountain top hide away, or investment property. Licensed in both NH & Maine, Greg covers a vast area in addition to the Seacoast area of NH he calls home.

As a native of the Seacoast and a natural explorer, Greg has gained extensive knowledge in the many sub markets that exist in real estate by traveling to a wide variety of cities and towns, and learning their history and demographics. This knowledge helps Greg to explain to his clients the many market variations that exist among the two states and the communities within, allowing clients to position themselves for a successful sale or purchase.

Licensed since 2004, Greg currently holds a Sales person license in NH and is working toward a broker license by May, 2011.

After graduating high school Greg entered the work force and returned to school 2 years later to pursue his college degree while maintaining a full time job. The following 6 years produced an Associate degree in Business Management, the marriage to his wife Lisa, the birth of daughters Hillary and Emily and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

Greg spent the next several years moving through the ranks at a local global manufacturer. He knew his place was to be in sales, outside meeting people, and fulfilling needs. This led Greg to the Traffic Signal installation and supply industry where he spent over 3 years in project management and outside sales positions, traveling throughout New England extensively. With two young children at the time, and long hours on the road he chose to take an inside sales position with a global enterprise networking company. In 3 years the networking industry suffered a tremendous downturn and closed the local office.

At that time, Greg was looking for an opportunity that would provide for his family, keep him home at night, be in front of people, and fulfill needs of real people, not companies or municipalities. Real Estate was the perfect combination and he pursued and obtained his NH Real Estate license. His Maine license would follow two years later, and he continues to practice in both states today.

In his time away from clients Greg likes to stay active by going to the gym, biking, camping and hiking. He has recently started the quest of climbing each of the 48- 4,000 foot peaks of the White Mountain Forest with his wife Lisa. When seeking a more relaxing form of entertainment, he enjoys watching the Red Sox, Bruins, Patriots and Celtics dominate the sports world.
