As a native of the Seacoast of New Hampshire, Holly is a wealth of knowledge about all aspects of this beautiful area. She grew up in Rye, attended the local schools and graduated from the University of New Hampshire in Durham. After taking a brief departure to the Washington, DC, and Boston areas, she chose to return to this fabulous area to raise her own family. She now resides in Madbury and is an active member of the Oyster River Community.

Holly's real estate experience spans most of her life, as her mother has been a local real estate broker for decades. Being exposed to the industry from an early age, gave her a first hand view of the business and the fluctuating market cycles that are always present in real estate.

Holly has extensive hands-on experience personally investing in, renovating, designing, and decorating year round and seasonal homes, condominiums, and farm properties from Boston up into Maine. Holly's family continues to be immersed in real estate, as her husband is a local real estate developer and consultant.

When working as an Exclusive BUYER Agent, Holly is given the opportunity to effectively and efficiently assess her buyer's needs, scout out potential properties and facilitate contract negotiations. This is all done on the buyer's behalf, whether a first time home buyer or seasoned investor.

Personal Background

Holly holds a bachelor's degree in Family Studies from the University of New Hampshire. In previous years, she has been an early childhood educator and administrator. Currently, she is a volunteer at her children's school and has her own alpaca farm, Grande Hill Farm, LLC. Other interests include home renovations and historic preservation, organic gardening, and alpaca and equestrian activities.
