Holly works with buyer and seller clients in the Greater Lake Sunapee, New London area of New Hampshire. Holly truly enjoys working directly with buyers and sellers from the initial meeting through the final negotiations and closing, Holly helps her clients through each step along the way so they can understand the entire process and challenges of purchasing or selling a property.

Holly’s introduction to Real Estate came when she was in High School and used to help her mother, who was a very successful Real Estate Broker in New Canaan, CT. Her exposure to real estate continued with her mother-in-law, a Real Estate Broker in Amherst, NH for over 40 years.

Her background in Marketing, Design, Sales and Fundraising provided her with a great base to build her Real Estate career. She started in the Concord region and moved up to the New London and Sunapee region where she worked with Sotheby’s International Real Estate New London Agency and Country Houses Real Estate. She has sold Lake Front properties in and around New London, Sunapee, Henniker and surrounding areas.

Holly joined the Bean Group to benefit her clients with the superior market exposure that the firm has to offer.

Many of Holly’s clients come from personal referrals and returning clients who admire her discretion and the quality of service she provides. Her continued success is due to her experience, and enthusiasm and her determination to do everything she possibly can to exceed her clients expectations.

Background:

Holly grew up in New Canaan, CT and lived in Colorado before moving back East and settling in NH where she has lived now for over 30 years. After graduating from New Canaan High School, Holly attended Franklin Pierce University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Design and Fine Arts, and a minor in Biology. Prior to Real Estate, Holly enjoyed a successful corporate career with over 20 years of Marketing, Design, Sales and Fundraising. Some of her clients included Bit Magazine, McGraw Hill, IDG Communications, Disney, Sotheby’s, Brookstone, and Quaker Oats, to name a few.

For over 30 years she trained rehabilitated (physiotherapy) and worked on horses and athletes thru the Olympic levels both on the national and international level. Holly has always been actively involved in volunteering as a coach/mentor in youth sports such as baseball and horseback riding, as well as fundraising for organizations that she is committed to helping including the American Cancer Relay for Life, CHAD and the American Heart and Lung Association.

Her brother, John Vance, founded A.C.C.E.S.S., Associates in Career & Community Employment Support Services, Inc. a non-profit organization that has great meaning to Holly. The organization has been helping people with disabilities find meaningful employment for nearly 23 years and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for many.

Also dear to her is the Grapevine, a non-profit organization providing referral and assistance for people in need of basic services and resources such as food, shelter, clothing, transportation, health and dental care, health insurance, etc.

When Holly is not selling Real Estate, you will find her with her son, out on the water, at the, beach hiking or skiing. You may also find her at a high level equestrian competition, helping horse and rider to compete to the best of their ability.
