I relocated from Michigan to Hopkinton, NH with my family in 1962 and have been in the area ever since. After graduating from Hopkinton High School and the University of NH and serving a stint in the service, I married a girl from suburban New Jersey and moved her into a ramshackle pre-revolutionary colonial on twenty acres of land in the neighboring community of Weare. Upon seeing the house for the first time, her mother cried all the way back to Morristown. But two kids, six dogs, three horses, a dozen cats, three dozen rabbits, and tens of thousands of home improvement dollars later, we are still here and still smiling.
Over the years, our family has done more than live here: one member of the family served five terms in the New Hampshire Legislature, representing the good people of Hopkinton and Contoocook; I have served on numerous area boards and commissions including two terms on the Weare Board of Selectmen; and my wife….. god bless her…. has been an educator for more than three decades: first as a teacher in Weare, then a Principal in Henniker, and currently the Assistant Superintendant of Schools for SAU #24 for Weare, Henniker, and Stoddard. You could say we’ve settled in and gotten reasonably familiar with the area.
My career as a professional sales advisor has stretched over almost four decades. I have helped hundreds of people make some of the most important purchases of their lives: automobiles, homes, investments. I recently returned to the real estate business because of the tremendous opportunities the market currently affords. I would love to put my years of experience and knowledge to work for you.
