As a second generation Realtor® and a 30 year area resident, Jennifer Cordiner has an instinct and thought process all about Real Estate and understanding people. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a Minor in Sociology, Jennifer continued her education to achieve a Masters in Education with a concentration in Counseling Psychology. After many years of working in the Human Service Field and developing skills in mediation, client orientation, listening and problem solving, case management, time management, life skill development, scheduling implementation and social skill development, Jennifer changed direction to implement all her skills in a Real Estate career.

As a Real Estate agent for over 12 years now, Jennifer has achieved many goals including Massachusetts and New Hampshire Real Estate licenses, Accredited Buyers Certificate, Rental Certificate, Certified Buyers Agent, Negotiation Skills Certificate and Conflict Resolution Certificate as well as Commercial and Residential sales certificates. Jennifer has successfully marketed all types of properties including commercial, mixed use, land, New Construction, Multi-Unit buildings, rentals, waterfront properties and condos.

Jennifer attributes her success to her ability to listen to a client’s needs and wants, to develop strategies for both Buyers and Sellers that produce results and to problem solve with patience and effectiveness and always with the highest of ethics.
