Jim enjoys helping people find that special property that they can call "home". He specializes in the Southern New Hampshire border towns that run along Interstate 93 including Salem, Windham, Londonderry, Hudson and Pelham and surrounding neighborhoods. Jim has been a resident in Londonderry since 1982, moving from Nashua where he spent 16 years raising his family.

Jim went into Real Estate in 2004, after a successful career that spanned 40 years in the footwear industry as a Manufacturer, Importer and National Sales Manager. Jim has a great deal of experience working with people and is committed to providing excellent service to his clients and customers.

Personal Information:

When not busy with his real estate business (showing properties, providing market analysis, attending a home inspection or writing up offers), Jim can usually be found baking chocolate chip cookies for his grandchildren. He sometimes even makes those oversized ice cream sandwiches by putting vanilla ice cream in between large chocolate chip cookies (yum). Jim can also be found in front of a camera, enjoying his lifelong photography hobby, mixing digital with a devotion to 35mm film cameras. But, if it's NFL Season and the Patriots are playing you might find him watching the game...in reality any football game will do.
