Joan Chagnon
I started selling Real Estate in 2001 working for Carlson GMAC for 7 years. Although my family always comes first, I do love my job and work hard at making home buying and selling as stress free as possible for my clients. I truly 'care' about my clients and consider myself fortunate to have gained some very good friends from my Real Estate career. One of my favorite past times is cooking and I think of Real Estate as a good recipe. If all the best ingredients are present and used properly then the outcome has to be successful. The ingredients provided by The Bean Group used by my experience and expertise makes for the "best" transaction you've ever had and you'll want to come back for more. I am a New Hampshire native growing up in the Lakes Region town of Gilford. I have lived in Londonderry for the past 30 years with my husband, Brit, and four children. I enjoy traveling, decorating, and cooking in my free time. I love New England and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. The different seasons here are always a welcome change when they arrive. Living in Southern NH has the benefits of being less than an hour away from the Ocean, the Mountains and Boston. I went to college in Portland Me. graduating with an Associates degree in Merchandising. Having worked in the merchandising/window display end of retailing for 9 years, I have a good eye for helping my sellers prepare their homes for sale. Having four children has given me the patience I need to guide first time home buyers through the process of buying their first home. I treat people the way I would want to be treated. "No question is ever too dumb to ask." Purchasing a home is new to many people and the most expensive purchase you will ever make. My goal is to make this a pleasant and easy experience so you will want to share my name with your family and friends. Testimonials "I first met Joni back in 2004 when I was a single career girl looking at condos. She patiently guided me through the buying process, connected me with some other wonderful professionals such as a mortgage broker and a home inspector, and even offered me some gentle life advice when I felt conflicted about difficult decisions. I went back to her after I got married in 2007, and she helped me and my husband purchase our dream home in 2008. She is a cheerful, classy woman, and she always represents her buyers and sellers as classy people. For example, when I was making an offer in a competitive situation, she advised me to write a letter with my offer and introduce myself to the seller. This gave me the opportunity to tell the seller all the things I loved about the home, and it set a positive tone for my future communications with the seller. Joni works as hard as anyone I know in any field. She's always reachable by phone, and is super responsive. When situations get tricky and conflicts arise, she's an ace at smoothing things over, which in the end keeps people feeling reassured and makes for a better experience for everyone involved. She made my home buying experiences fun and enjoyable, and my husband and I are so grateful to her." - Alanna Casey
"Joan went out of her way to help us. Late afternoon/early evening walkthrus. Always calling with updates. We will certainly refer our friends and family to her."
"In order to accept an out-of-state job offer, and despite a slow real We found her to be creative, hard working, and so pleasant to work with. She was always available and had many good ideas. Our home sold quickly and without complications and we would recommend her to anyone in the area." - Carole and Terry B. |
