As an agent, investor and property manager for twenty three years Joe has witnessed the Seacoast real estate market’s high and lows and has learned from these market shifts. With the understanding that the only constant in real estate is change, Joe puts his vast experience in several market sectors to work for his clients. As owner of Nelson Real Estate for fourteen years Joe excelled in the sale and management of multi-unit properties. In the past five years as his clients began to utilize Joe to buy and sell properties in other market segments a move to the Bean Group proved to be the perfect fit to serve his current and future customer base.

When listing a property for sale it is of the utmost importance that the agent thoroughly understands several key issues: the property’s strengths as well as it’s weaknesses, how to best position and highlight it in the marketplace and how to expose it to the largest audience of ready willing and able buyers. When conducting a search for a buyer it is imperative that an agent listens to their needs, wants and goals and tirelessly works to crystallize these parameters into an efficient and eventually fruitful search that fulfills these needs. Throughout the transaction a broker needs to be keenly focused on every detail and must be prepared to take any and all actions that can keep the transaction on a smooth path to closing.

Joe graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Business Management. In his free time he likes to watch his two daughters perform gymnastics and cheerleading, work on his rental properties, look for golf balls that he has launched into the woods and play lacrosse and hockey.
