Joe often boasts that only in New Hampshire is it possible to be hiking, soaking up the sun at the beach or walking in Boston's South End in about an hour.

After graduating high school, Joe entered military service spanning ten years while serving in the Army, Army Reserve and the NH National Guard. Joe began his professional civilian career in banking and finance, while attending college in Massachusetts and eventually moving to the technology field. For more than 12 years, Joe worked for a recognized international technology leader specializing in delivering communications capabilities and business made simple template a reality for customers.

Joe is very active in his community including youth athletics where he serves on the Board of the local Little League and Pop Warner football league. His other interests include golfing, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, camping and boating.
