A New Hampshire native and University of New Hampshire (UNH) Graduate, John chose to settle in the Lakes region with his family for the quality of life it has to offer; a central location, excellent educational opportunities for his three sons, and the vast outdoor activities available in all four New England seasons.

John believes in contributing to his community and has been involved in volunteer work since he was a teenager. Acting as a volunteer instructor for the NH Fish and Game Department, Boy Scouts and Explorer Post and providing volunteer rescue work for the National Ski Patrol and Mt. Washington are just some of the experiences that became an integral part of his early life.

Having worked in land surveying, home building, sub-contracting, heavy equipment sales and energy audits, John developed a solid foundation for his Real Estate career. John obtained his Real Estate license early in 2002, and has continued his pursuit of knowledge by attending courses in Buyer Representation, Laws of Real Estate, Floyd Wichman’s Training Program, Short Sales, Mortgage/Finance and Wetland Regulations.

John actively contributes to his local Real Estate Industry as a member of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors®. He served on the Grievance Committee for several years, and is currently a member of the Professional Standards Review Board.

As you can see, John has a great deal of knowledge and experience in servicing the Residential and Commercial markets in the Lakes Region. His goal as a Real Estate agent is to assist buyers and sellers in their transactions to sell or purchase property in a way that will make them comfortable referring John to their friends and family.
