John Waite
A native of VT, John grew up with his brother Robert and wonderful parents, Ace and Katherine, in Weston VT. He was schooled at Weston Village School, Burr and Burton Academy in Manchester VT and attended New England College in Henniker NH. John and Linda, his wife of 25 years, have raised five children and currently reside in Stratton VT. Skiing, ski racing, and race coaching have always been a major focus in the winter for John. He also enjoys gardening, cross country skiing, biking, golf, and hunting and fishing with family and lifelong friends. John sits on the boards of the Stratton Foundation and the Stratton Mountain Country Club. He is also President of the Stratton Mt. Volunteer Fire Co. |
