About Jules:
Julie has been a REALTOR with The Michael Bean Group since February of 2004.
She obtained her Broker's License in 2007.
Julie is an active member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors and is the co-chair
of the Education Committee. She also serves on the Professional Development
Committee of the State of New Hampshire Association of Realtors.
Julie began her real estate career in Colorado, obtaining her Broker's license
in 1996. While in the Boulder area, Julie worked at Colorado Landmark Realtors,
an affiliate of Sotheby's International Realty, and was part of an award winning
team at RE/MAX of Boulder, Inc.
Inspired by her grandmother, who owned and operated the Dorothy Dufault Agency
for many years in New Jersey, Julie has a passion for real estate and for
helping others.
A native of New Hampshire, Julie returned to her New England roots eight years
ago. Julie is a volunteer at the CrossRoads House in Portsmouth and also is a
volunteer member of the Families First Special Events Committee. Julie holds a
Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bates College in Lewiston, ME. When she is not
helping buyers and sellers, Julie can often be found enjoying the New Hampshire
