Wondering how to pick your real estate agent? During the years 2007 and 2008, Julie completed almost 60 transactions in Rockingham and Strafford Counties. How does this measure up? Recognized for her commitment to the REALTOR profession, including continuing education and committee work within the local and State REALTOR organization, as well as community involvement, Julie was inducted into the Honor Society for the New Hampshire Association of Realtors in June 2007 and was awarded membership for a third consecutive year in 2009.

Committed to providing her clients with a superior level of professional services, Julie took the extra step of obtaining her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) in 2008. The GRI is a designation recognized by the National Association of Realtors. Obtaining this designation has allowed Julie to enhance her foundation of service and knowledge.

Julie is an active REALTOR on the local and state levels. Locally, she is a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors and currently serves on the Education Committee. Additionally, this is Julie’s third year as a member of the Professional Development Committee of the State of New Hampshire Association of Realtors. She is the 2009 vice chairperson of this committee. 

Julie’s real estate career began in Colorado where she obtained her Broker's license in 1996. While in the Boulder area, Julie worked at Colorado Landmark Realtors, an affiliate of Sotheby's International Realty, and was part of an award winning team at RE/MAX of Boulder, Inc.

Inspired by her grandmother, who owned and operated the Dorothy Dufault Agency for many years in New Jersey, Julie has a passion for real estate and for helping others.

A native of New Hampshire, Julie grew up in the central part of the State but now calls Portsmouth, where she has lived for the past ten years, home. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bates College in Lewiston, ME. She volunteers at the Cross Roads House in Portsmouth. When she is not helping buyers and sellers, Julie can often be found enjoying the New Hampshire seacoast area beaches with her golden retriever, Tucker.
