Locally, she is a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors® and has served on the Education Committee. Addtionally, Julie served for several years as a member of the Professional Development Committee of the State of New Hampshire Association of Realtors® and was the vice chair person of this committee for a couple of years.
Julie’s real estate career began in Colorado where she obtained her Broker's license in 1996. While in the Boulder area, Julie worked at Colorado Landmark Realtors®, an affiliate of Sotheby's International Realty, and was part of an award winning team at RE/MAX of Boulder, Inc.
Inspired by her grandmother, who owned and operated the Dorothy Dufault Agency for many years in New Jersey, Julie has a passion for real estate and for helping others.
A native of New Hampshire, Julie grew up in the central part of the State but now calls Portsmouth, where she has lived for the past thirteen years, home. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bates College in Lewiston, ME. Julie can often be found enjoying the New Hampshire seacoast area beaches with Michael, her husband, and their daughter and golden retriever.
