Kate began her Real Estate career in 2005. Since then she has gained a great deal of experience and knowledge. In March of 2007 she was awarded the "Senior Real Estate Specialist" designation, "SRES". She is a member of the Granite State South Board of Realtors® and a member of the National Association of Realtors®. Kate is currently working towards becoming a member of the "Council of Residential Specialists', having taken courses in "The Art of Selling New Homes", "Business Planning & Marketing for the Real Estate Specialist" and "Marketing with Microsoft Office". Kate is a firm believer in ongoing education, and feels strongly that it is important to keep up with current real estate trends. She is always looking for new ways to help market and sell her clients homes!

A proud veteran of The United States Air Force, Kate worked as a jet engine mechanic on fighter jets as well as other aircraft, for eight years. She preformed a three year tour in Europe and still managed to work on her education studying Aerospace Technology at The Community College of the Air Force.

Kate graduated from The University of Maine in 1996 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. Kate owned a successful small arts and crafts business that was successful for many years called "Kate's Katahdin Bears & Friends".

A member of the New Hampshire League of Craftsman, she continues to design and create new art whenever time allows, and has donated some of her crafts to Maine PBS for their annual auctions and other organizations as well.

Kate's favorite charity is New Generations, a non-profit organization that helps pregnant teenagers.

Kate love's art, architecture, and knowing the mechanics of how things work! She also really enjoys working with and helping people. Real Estate just seemed like a natural step for her.
