Ken brings his extensive management experience and high level of energy to the real estate profession at Bean Group where he focuses on residential sales and property development, in addition to commercial sales.

Ken was graduated from Boston College Law School in 1981, and focused his law practice on real estate, representing developers, as well as buyers and sellers from offer to conveyance. He was the Executive Director of a 25-attorney law firm in Boston from 1990-1999, before assuming a similar position with a well-respected law firm in Exeter, NH. He served on the Carlisle, MA planning board, from 1989-1994, chairing the Board in his last year. In addition, before attending law school, he worked for many years in his family''s New York property management business.

Ken is a licensed Real Estate Broker for the states of New Hampshire and Maine, and is a member of the York ME, Realtors Association. He looks forward to combining his legal experience with his real estate interests to provide his clients with extraordinary service in meeting their needs.

Ken and his wife Katie live on Great Bay in Newmarket, where they are Stewards of Great Bay, and are involved in Bay-related conservation efforts.
