Ken’s background: Ken was born and raised in Laconia and graduated from Laconia High School. His dad operates “Osgood’s Clocks” where he repairs antique clocks as did Kens grandfather and Ken has been learning the family business as well. Ken, his wife who’s he been with for 39+ years (how’s that for commitment and dedication?) raised their family here. Ken’s wife Sherry has been in real estate business for a number of years so it was a natural flow for Ken to join his wife and enable them to work as a team in Real Estate. Ken has purchased investment properties, fixed them up and sold them, so he understands some of the challenges that lie within this type of a market. Ken and his wife owned and operated their own business at Exit 20 in Tilton for eight years. Again commitment and dedication are attributes necessary for successful business practices – Ken possesses these attributes. More about Ken: Ken and his wife share their life with their two little Shih Tzu’s - Misty and Dozer - now that the children are grown. Misty and Dozer are quite spoiled as they’re the only “kids” hanging around the Osgood household now.
