I moved to NH from MA in 1994 to secure the position of Eastern Regional Sales Manager for a major electronics manufacturer at their satellite office in Salem and bought a home in Sandown in 1996. When the firm decided to close the NH Office after 911, it was move to HQ or stay in New Hampshire which was a very easy choice. When I moved to NH my life seemed to change with what I will describe as a sigh of relief from anxiety and traffic which was replaced by the sparse countryside and a touch of the past where the landscape is concerned. I recalled the enjoyment of purchasing my new home and was impressed with the worth and value of the Real Estate Agent that made it all possible for me. So I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate so I could bring that value to the table for others and add my own touch.

I personally derive great satisfaction out of assisting people with the purchase of real estate. As we all know there is a lot that goes into buying a home and the one thing that matters most to a consumer is that they have all bases covered. I like to ensure that my people not only have the bases covered but that they understand them fully. Knowing how a septic system or a well works if not familiar is one example. When one of my customers puts an offer in on a home, they are well prepared which is my goal. Since 2001 I have worked for Century 21 and Prudential Real Estate firms and in summer of 2009 I found my home at Bean Group. I was so very impressed with the technology piece that Bean Group brings to the table. I thought, finally I have found a real estate company that allows me to utilize my past experience in technology.

When it comes time to buy or sell or both as our needs entail, we need to know that we are getting the most for our home and deriving the maximum value from our purchase. Most people are not willing to allow anyone else to make that decision and I say more power to them. My job is to provide the mechanisms through technology to that end. Bean Group technology allows me to do just that and make it very user friendly.
While Bean Group technology makes it painless to acquire relative information on any area of New Hampshire, I consider that I maintain current knowledge of not only my home town of Sandown, but the neighboring towns of Hampstead, Danville, Atkinson, Plaistow, Raymond, Derry, Chester, Newton and Kingston where my daily activities provide constant awareness.
