I began my real estate career in Texas where I worked for a builder selling new construction and existing homes. While in Texas I also spent three years in property management. In approximately 1985 I relocated to the Northeast. I was employed as an Account Executive for 8 Years with an International firm. I resigned from that position to go into business for myself. In 2002 I began my real estate career in New Hampshire and Maine. In 2004 I earned my Broker's license in New Hampshire and Maine. I also earned designations of Luxury Home Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist and Accredited Buyer's Representative. To increase my knowledge of the industry I completed my Certified Property Management courses at the Institute For Real Estate Management that included Asset Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Maintenance. Recognizing the importance of communication in any sales industry I studied Neurolinguistic Programing and became a Master with the National Federation of Neurolinguistic Programing. NLP is how to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcome. I have enjoyed over twenty successful years in sales, sales management and sales training. Personal growth and development are as important to me as my professional growth. I have developed and facilitated workshops designed to guide others in their life journey to discover their own unique strengths, talents and gifts. I have worked with women while they lived in shelters who were victims of domestic violence and with individuals residing in homeless shelters. I always receive more from this work than I give. My experience through these years has given me the skills, knowledge, wisdom and desire to provide my clients with excellent service that includes not only listening to you but hearing you.
