Wayne and I were high school sweethearts, and have been married for 43 years. We have 5 children and 9 grandchildren. We understand the meaning of commitment! We have lived in Antrim for 38 years. We came from Long Island, New York with our family looking for a better place to raise our children. We never regretted the move!

Real Estate Industry Experience:

• Maureen has had her license since 1982, got her Broker’s license in 1986. Wayne has been licensed since 1986 and got his Broker’s license in 1988.
• We have owned and operated our own Real Estate Agency, which we bought.
• In 1988, (Century 21 O’Neil’s Realty) and sold in 2003. We have continued to work as associate brokers since then. We have been multi-million dollar producers. Maureen also has had experience as a loan officer with a major mortgage lender. We have seen all kinds of markets, the ups and downs, and still believe that home ownership is the best investment you can make for yourself and your family.

Real Estate Education and Designations:

• We have both attended the Graduate Real Estate Institute and have earned the GRI designation.
• We have both earned the Certified Residential Specialist Designation. CRS designation (only 5% of Realtors® have this designation).
• Maureen has earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation. SRES designation which focuses on the needs and interests of the over 50 set. (We know who we are.)
• Through our career we have attended numerous seminars and courses always adding to our knowledge so we can be better equipped to serve our clients and customers. These courses include negotiations training, investment property training, ethical training, technology training, and customer relations training.

Real Estate Professional Leadership and Achievements:

We are both active in our local and state association. Wayne serves as a director for the Northern New England Real Estate Network (statewide MLS) and has for a few years. He has served on several committees at the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®. He was president of his local MLS prior to NNERN. Maureen is currently Member Liaison to the Contoocook Valley Board of REALTORS®, the Monadnock Board of REALTORS® and the Greater Claremont Board of REALTORS®. She has served on several state committees over the years including the Legal committee and Professional Development Committee.

Maureen has been president of the Contoocook Valley Board in 1992, 2003 and 2004. She was Realtor® of the Year for the Contoocook Valley Board in 2002.
