Michael Bean, Founder and Principal Broker of Bean Group.

Michael Bean began his real estate career August 2001. He is the 2009 President of the Seacoast Board of REALTORS and the 2009 President of NNEREN, the statewide MLS. He also currently serves on the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS Finance Committee. He was named 2007 REALTOR of the Year by the Seacoast Board of REALTORS. Michael is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Since founding Bean Group in late 2003 the company has grown to eight real estate offices and over 180 REALTORS, brokers and employees and is the fastest growing independent real estate brokerage in New Hampshire. Prior to forming Bean Group, Michael enjoyed a successful tenure with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. His experience prior to real estate was focused on business development and sales in the technology industry - including internet services, systems, networking equipment and software.

Michael keeps involved in his community, serving on the Board of Directors for Crossroads House, a transitional shelter that helps residents move to stable and decent housing. Outside the office Michael's passions include golf, running, skiing, and sailing. He resides in Portsmouth, NH.
