Nancy moved to New Hampshire from Northern Massachusetts in 1985. Until 1991, she and friends owned and operated the River Works Tavern. When she started a family, she gave up her career as a chef and became a licensed Real Estate agent and then got her broker’s license in 1995. Her dedicated work ethic has brought back many buyers and sellers over the past 20 years, and she is now proud to be trusted with finding homes for their sons and daughters.

Nancy has studied the short sale market, has logged many hours negotiating with banks on her sellers’ behalf and is certified in Loss Mitigation.

Nancy is involved in her local community and has volunteered at schools, the recreation center (teaching kids to quilt), and helped support the Christmas Teen Basket Program. Having served two consecutive years as a volunteer, one of her favorites was being a part of the support team for the Trans NH Muscular Dystrophy Association fundraising bike ride from the Canadian border to Concord NH.
