Originally from Long Island, NY, Pam moved to NH in high school. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire and has a Masters in Organization and Management from Antioch New England Graduate School. Pam is a long time resident of the NH Seacoast area.

Pam was a Human Resources professional for several years, prior to making a career change to real estate in 2003. Pam believes her HR background was a great foundation for real estate, having worked extensively with relocating executives and employees.

In transitioning to real estate, Pam distinguished herself as a top producer in a very short time. Her passion for delivering top-notch service has been lauded by the Sellers and Buyers with whom she has worked. She prides herself in open and frequent communication with her clients and respectful and positive relationships with her co-broke agents. "Engaging Pam Kirby to market my condo in Exeter, NH was the best decision I could have made. The listing was a problem from the day one. Location was poor due to proximity to Route 101 and the resultant road noise. Shortly after listing, I relocated 3,000 miles away and Pam had to deal with an absentee seller. The furnishings were removed and this exacerbated the noise problem. During the initial listing period, a storm resulted in roof damage and my condo sustained water damage, requiring significant repairs. Pam kept me informed of all activity by the Condo Board and sent pictures to me, so that I could evaluate the damage. Her assistance to me in this situation went well beyond her duties as a marketer. Not once did she hesitate, but always worked in my best interests. Repairs completed, she immediately relisted the property.

One potential buyer had a problem complying with one aspect of the association rules. Pam took it upon herself to write a three page letter which included market data, requesting a waiver to the rule. Prior to closing the sale, she arranged for the condo to get a thorough cleaning, to be sure it was turned over to the buyer in top notch condition. Throughout the listing period, negotiations and while under contract, I was never in doubt that Pam was always working on my behalf.

"Between February 2008 and April 2009, we worked with Pam Kirby on 3 real estate transactions, including the sale of an investment property, the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home.
