Pat became a permanent resident of Vermont when she moved into her Londonderry home in 2002. After living in both New York and Connecticut, Pat found that Vermont offered a lifestyle that she had always dreamed of – peaceful, sometimes challenging and in many ways like a step back in time.

After working hard down country for many years, Pat welcomed a balance in her life that she has in Vermont, with easy access to many local attractions including Skiing and Golf. A firm believer in developing and maintaining relationships, it wasn’t long before Pat had developed a vast network of business relationships here in Vermont.

• Bondville Realty Group, Bondville VT – November 09 to August 2010 – Pat worked as a licensed Sales Associate servicing residential clients in the tri-mountain area focusing on Londonderry, Windham, Weston, Peru and Stratton and the Mountain activities at Stratton, Bromley and Magic Mountains.
  
  
• Tri-Mountain Mortgage, LLC, Londonderry VT – March 2004 to 2009 – Pat was instrumental in the development of this family owned mortgage brokerage business and as the Marketing and Sales Coordinator was responsible for all advertising and agent communication.
  
  
• Brattleboro Savings and Loan Association, Springfield, VT – October 2002 to July 2003 – Pat was a Commercial Loan Officer. Webster Bank, Waterbury, CT – May 1997 to July 2002 – Pat was the REO Manager and was responsible for Sales and Asset Management of bank owned properties.
  
  
• Shawmut Bank, CT. N.A., Hartford CT – June 1989 to February 1995 – Pat was Vice President and Asset Manager. Her responsibilities included developing marketing strategies to increase income from bank owned assets, setting budget objectives and performing cash flow analysis.
  
  
• Barclays Business Credit, East Hartford, CT – December 1979 to May 1989 – Pat was a Commerical Loan Officer and traveled nationally to work with brokers, developers and investors. From 1994 to 1996 Pat was a Property Manager for Barclays and managed over 400 apartments and 85,000 sq. ft. of office space.
