Rick was born and raised in Woburn Masssachusetts but has been in love with New Hampshire since he was six years old. In 1959 his parents bought a waterfront property on Conway Lake and started spending summers and weekends. Upon coming home from his second tour of duty in Vietnam, Rick moved to New Hampshire with no stops in Massachusetts.

Before selling real estate Rick was involved in building, which has been a great asset for this business. He knows the cost to repair a roof, paint a house and the local contractors who do the best work at the best price. This comes in handy when negotiating a sale.

When not working Rick loves to be outdoors either taking hikes with his dog, fishing with his grandson or working on his flower beds at home. Rick has been married for 36 years. He has a son and a grandson.

Rick started selling real estate in the mid 1980's and has been a top producer ever since. He worked for Century 21 Dockside in Wolfeboro until 1990 then worked for Prudential Spencer-Hughes Real Estate until April 2007. At Prudential he was a yearly award winner including numerous Presidents awards. In 2006 Rick received the Chairman's Award, the highest award by Prudential.

Rick believes service is the most important thing you can give a client or customer. This goes far beyond the sale of a property and continues for life. Rick does not specialize in any one type of real estate. He has sold hundreds of parcels of land, and hundreds of homes. Some of his clients are wealthy while others are first time home buyers that need help and advice to buy that first home.

Some of Ricks accomplishments include;

  • 2003 Highest priced property listed and sold on all of Lake Winnipesaukee for the year.
  • Most waterfront properties sold on Lake Wentworth by any agent over the past 20 years.
  • 2005 Highest priced listing to ever sell on Lake Wentworth, Wolfeboro, NH.
  • 2005 Highest priced listing to ever sell on Pine River Pond. This is still the most expensive property to sell in the town of Wakefield, NH.
  • 2006 Highest and second highest priced properties sold on all of Lake Winnipesaukee for the year.
