Susan has called New Hampshire home since 1985. Having been raised in Massachusetts Susan attended and worked at a summer camp in New Hampshire. She knew then that New Hampshire was where she wanted to live one day. “I love this area; it is so inspiring and peaceful.”

After getting married in 1984 Susan and her husband Brad moved to Alton Bay to Brad's family's farm and have been there ever since. Susan and Brad have 2 teenage boys and they are very active in the boy’s school and social lives. "It has been a blessing to raise the boy’s in such a great place, the people and the surroundings are very special" Susan encourages anyone wanting to live or vacation here to try it out, once you're here you will want to stay. For weekends or full time living there is no better place to be.

Having obtained her sales persons license in 1997 and then her broker's license in 1992 Susan has been practicing real estate for over ten years. She strives to create a less stressed, no pressure environment for her clients. Her desire is an end result in which her clients are satisfied and happy with their real estate buying or selling experience. For her customers she offers honest and fairs dealings throughout the transaction.

Prior to becoming a Realtor® Susan sold Lincoln Log Ltd. log home packages for Yonder Ridge Corporation in Farmington, NH. Working with three other sales agents during her time there, Yonder Ridge was the top selling Lincoln Logs dealer in the country.

After Susan left Yonder Ridge Corp. she and her husband Brad started their own construction company, Hunter Homes Inc. in 1988. Since that time Hunter Homes has become a trusted name in the area for custom residential and waterfront homes. Having built homes on Lake Winnipesaukee, Halfmoon Lake, Lake Winnisquam, Sunset Lake, Lake Wentworth and Mirror Lake Hunter Homes is familiar with the complexities of waterfront building. Hunter Homes prides themselves on building a quality home with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Susan is still active in Hunter Homes alongside her career in real estate.
