In 2002, Terri made one of the most significant and fulfilling changes in her life by starting her real estate career and joining top producer, Lauren Stone. Since then, they have sold over $170,000,000 in Seacoast real estate which allowed Terri to develop the skills necessary to work through the variety of opportunities and challenges facing clients making one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Selling real estate full time and working primarily with buyers, Terri lives in Hampton with her husband and two children and loves helping clients find exactly what they are looking for. Terri is never shy about telling her clients what makes the Seacoast such a special place to live, as she can’t imagine a better place to be!

Terri grew up on a large farm in Connecticut and rode horses competitively for many years. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in animal science. In 1992, she and her husband Skip were relocated to New Hampshire for her job as an equine nutritional consultant and territory manager for an international agricultural company. Terri learned first-hand the complexities of a moving a family and settling into a new home. When it was time for a career change, ten years later, Terri knew she wanted to pursue a career in real estate.
