Trish has been vacationing in the beautiful Lakes Region of New Hampshire since the early 70's. A native of Massachusetts, and a transplant to Southern New Hampshire, she lived in Nashua and Hollis for 30 years. In 1991 she and her husband bought their first vacation home in Moultonborough where she spent vacations and weekends, sharing the place as often as possible with friends and extended family. There was always someone visiting and Trish loved to entertain and share the lake with friends and family alike (many of whom bought their own vacation homes after their visits!). When not at the waterfront, or out boating, Trish would be hiking or playing golf in the summer, or snowshoeing in the winter. There was always something to do.

In May of 2010, Trish moved to Moultonborough full time and says she has to "pinch herself" regularly that she actually lives in a place that she has grown to love so much over the years.

Trish spent over 30 years in high tech working in both Finance and Information Systems where she had the opportunity to travel and develop strong friendships around the world. Her personal experience buying and selling multiple homes and land over the years gave her a real feel for the challenges and rewards available in Real Estate. When she left high tech, it seemed like Real Estate was a great option, so she obtained her NH License. Trish did a lot of research on various firms, finally deciding that the Bean Group had the most progressive business model and leveraged technology like no other firm she could find. It was a perfect match!

Trish believes in giving back and in volunteerism and is one of the new Directors for a local Women's Club. She also recently signed on as a Mentor for the Circle Program here in New Hampshire. She has worked on a recent Political Campaign and was the town chair for her candidate. It was a great success and the candidate she worked for is now serving in Washington, DC.
