Wendy Halsey has been successfully selling waterfront and vacation property in the Lakes Region of NH for the past 10 years, she has been specializing in the recreational home market as well as residential and land sales. Wendy has assisted clients from the inception of purchasing raw land to develop into a 19 lot new subdivision and successfully sold 35% of the new homes in the first year.

Wendy’s extensive background in Sales and Analysis of sales performance has been instrumental in the successful representation of buyers and sellers. Wendy’s personal goal is to offer the highest level of services, energy and support to her clients. She is a member of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors, the National Board of Realtors, she has also been involved with Habitat for Humanity and is a member of the Humane Society of the United States.

In 2001, Wendy Halsey and her husband, Jim relocated back to New Hampshire from Pennsylvania. Wendy is a native of New Hampshire and started in real estate in 1980 as a licensed administrative assistant to 25 brokers and agents in a seven office commercial and residential brokerage firm in southern New Hampshire. Her career shifted to a 20 year retail district sales manager, overseeing 15 stores with sales volume exceeding the multi-million dollar range. Her success was a result of a promotion to a corporate level store analyst that relocated her to Pennsylvania. In 1997 Wendy and her husband Jim, a builder began buying and renovating homes they live in.

When she is not working hard for her clients you may find her growing her own herbs and flowers or creating gourmet recipe. Her favorite time spent is with her dog Raz a Shetland sheepdog and of course her husband Jim.
