Will has been a resident of southern NH for over 30 years. He grew up in Salem NH, lived in Hudson NH for 5 years and last year moved to New Boston NH with his beautiful wife(of 4 years) Kelly. They have a wonderful 9 year old part shepherd, part chow friendly dog Buddy & have added a new adoptee "Copper" Part Eskimo Part Chow mix from Arkansas to the family.

His background is in Sales & Retail Management. He received his BS in Business Management at Keene State College in Keene NH in 2000. Before making the move into real estate, the companies he worked for had a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction which you can see everyday in the way he works with people.

Will began his Real Estate career in early 2005 and has never looked back! He specializes in Residential Real Estate throughout Southern New Hampshire, is a certified New Homes / New Construction Specialist and is also a certified relocation specialist.

For his sellers, Will does anything he can to get your home out in front. He advertises his listings with professional photography, virtual tours, postcard programs, flyers, real estate magazines, newspapers, open houses, on his own personal website and on real estate sites all over the Internet.

For his buyers, Will stresses the importance of education. Whether the client has purchased multiple homes in the past or is ready to make the leap into home ownership for the first time you need to know that you are making the right decision with the right information. Will enjoys working with first time homebuyers because of the excitement clients’ share of their new beginnings. It wasn’t too long ago that Will, himself was a first time homebuyer so he understands what buyers are feeling, what they are thinking and can help guide them through the jitters of the transaction.

He is a member of NNEREN (Northern New England Real Estate Network), GMNBR (Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors), NHAR (New Hampshire Association of Realtors) and NAR (National Association of Realtors).

He operates his business with sincerity and veracity. He really enjoys his role as a Real Estate consultant. Being able to help people make good decisions about the biggest investment of their lives is very fulfilling!
