We provide our agents with buyer and seller leads - lots of leads. Our network of websites generates thousands of buyer and seller leads each month. These leads are passed directly to our agents.  Our goal is to provide the marketing and administrative support that allows our agents to invest their time working with customers rather than trying to find customers. No Floor Time or Up Desk Requirements
We respect our agents, and we don’t ask them to answer the phones for free. We have a full time, fully trained, non-competing licensed call coordinator to answer our customers calls and put them in touch with our agents as quickly as possible - wherever they are. Our agents get qualified ‘up desk calls’ in their market - without having to play receptionist for other agents - and our agents get all their own listing calls - always.

Agent ProSite IDX Websites
When it comes to our web presence, agents are constantly asking us 'How do you do it?'  We can't tell you that - but, when you join The Michael Bean Group we take care of everything for you. We provide all of our agents with an Agent ProSite – an agent branded, fully managed IDX website based on the same core technology that our flagship www.beangroup.com site is based on (modified by us, of course). Our Agent ProSites are highly optimized for our agents market area, including the agent’s local MLS.   

Transaction Coordination
All real estate agents love paperwork - but just in case you are one of those agents that doesn't run with the pack - our transaction coordinator is responsible for managing and monitoring the transaction process from contract to closing by interfacing with agents, clients, and all other closing parties. Go ahead and work with a new customer - we'll take care of it for you.

No-Hiccup Agent Transfers
Boo! Everyone has their own remedy for getting rid of the hiccups.
