Eric Nelson | Partner | Customer Experience | Eric Nelson is one of the four owners of Bean Group. He founded Agentmaster LLC along with Andrew Hopper and Paul Morgan. Prior to Agentmaster Eric founded Eyeray LLC, a custom website development company in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
Paul Morgan | Partner | Operations | Paul Morgan founded Nationwide Media, a web site design and internet advertising firm in New Jersey, and is one of the founding partners of Agentmaster LLC. Prior to his internet career Paul worked in film production in New York and California.
Andrew Hopper | Partner | Technology | Prior to joining Bean Group, Andrew was with Agentmaster LLC where he developed the software components of the Agentmaster platform; the premier IDX solution for New Hampshire Realtors.
Kim Seymour | Office Manager | Kim is responsible for the smooth operation of the Bean Group office in Portsmouth, NH. She is a Portsmouth NH native, born and raised. She previously worked for RE/MAX Coast to Coast and later for Prudential Rush Realty. Her experience and knowledge of real estate encompasses New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts.
Karen Breen | Front Desk | Support | Karen joined Bean Group in 2008. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003 and is a member of the Seacoast Board of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. She's happy to be part of the support staff for Bean Group.
Greg Rundlett | Director | Technology | Greg joins us from Harvard University where he built collaboration platforms for the Initiative in Innovative Computing (http://iic.harvard.edu/). Greg brings a focus on maximizing value, efficiency and results for Bean Group and customers. Since the 90's Greg has been helping companies navigate the technology space with particular expertise in standards and free software. His prior experience includes Dean Witter, Investors Bank & Trust, Fidelity, OASIS and technology start-ups acquired by Sun, Lycos and more.
Ralph Hansell | Web Team | Support | Ralph builds and manages all Bean Group agent websites and handles all Bean Group website support. Before joining the team full time, Ralph worked as a website support contractor for Agentmaster LLC and later for Bean Group. Ralph worked for many years as a bicycle mechanic before moving on to a full time internet career.
