New Durham's new Tax Map shows Lot #9 as a 27-acre lot with private road access. The Seller has just relisted Lot #9 with the reduced price of $75,000. A Buyer wanting to build would have to discuss a building permit with the New Durham Selectman as there is no town road frontage. This land abuts the Birch Ridge Conservation project. This forested parcel is secluded and comes with a beach right easement to Chalk Pond.
