If you haven't been to Shepherd's Hill in Hudson NH before, this resale town home gives you a good reason to visit!

Shepherd's Hill is a new construction town home community that started development back in roughly 2002 and will be 400 units strong by the time the community is finished. The first phase of the project and the most popular was the 1400 & 1760sqft town homes (some with garages, some without).
Construction continues but this town home style is no longer being built in the community.

This town home is one of the 1760 sqft town homes in phase one. It offers a great location in the community backing up to grassy fields and the tree lined property line. The home itself shows like a model.  As you enter the front door you have a long narrow hallway great for putting in a coat and shoe rack that leads to the first set of stairs up to the main living areas. Before that though check out the door to the left that leads to your garage. Snow is coming soon enough unfortunately and in New England having a garage is a definite plus +. There is some additional storage in the back corner of the garage and in the far back you have your utility room which also offers substantial extra storage. Ok, back to the hallway and up the stairs.... open the door and you enter into the kitchen which is covered with beautiful hardwood floors, has maple cabinets and great condition appliances.  Off the back of the kitchen is a french door out to the backyard and grilling areas. The clubhouse houses a community gym, a function room, management company offices and other rooms available for use by the homeowners. Sorry, the POOL is closed for the season! :(

Like the rest of the real estate market prices have corrected. Town homes exactly the same as this one sold in the 240's only 3 years ago are now selling in the 215-220K range. The market in Shepherd's Hill has corrected.

Hudson NH and Shepherd's Hill offers a great location for commuters. Rt 3 and Rt 93 are a hop skip and jump away, taking massachusetts only minutes away. (there is a good back way to get to Rt 3 from Shepherd's Hill). Shepherd's Hill is also only minutes away from Nashua downtown proper and the shopping district on Daniel Webster highway.
